Safe Sender Email Settings

Please ask your IT administrator to whitelist the Access domains: theaccessgroup.com.au, theaccessgroup.com and email sending IP address and domain: 13.111.1.137 and pd25.com for your company’s network to ensure email deliverability for every person at your company. (Note that our email sending IP address was updated on 24 December 2018. You will need to update this if you previously whitelisted our old IP address.)

To find out how to update your own safe senders list, we recommend you use your favourite search engine and search for ‘safe sender’ and your email program for step-by-step instructions.

To assist you, we’ve provided some basic instructions here for some frequently used email clients.
