Attaché GL Link

Attaché GL Link lets you perform alternative chart reporting, business benchmarking, bank credit-risk analysis and more, as well as preparing your business for Standard Business Reporting which comes into effect in July 2010. Attaché GL Link is licensed separately from your Attaché system.

Alternative chart reporting

With Attaché GL Link you do not have to change your custom chart structure to meet your external reporting obligations. Rather than modify your chart, you can ‘bend’ your general ledger data to provide all the reports required by external accountants, auditors, banks, etc. You can also use standard chart codes to assist with cross-function and cross-business reporting. And you have the flexibility to report up to 24 months of data aggregated as you require it, with the added bonus of cross-year comparisons and quarterly reporting.

Business benchmarking

The standard codes and data export available through Attaché GL Link make it easy for any business to participate in benchmarking undertaken by any of the major business analysis and benchmarking organisations. This allows you to compare your business to similar businesses to help determine strategies for improvement.

Bank credit-risk analysis

You can use the new General Ledger Standard Code field to map your chart of accounts to your credit provider's standard analysis tools to provide fast and rapid summaries that assist them in assessing your credit worthiness.

Standard Business Reporting

With Attaché GL Link you can prepare your general ledger for the introduction of Standard Business Reporting (SBR) in July 2010. Using the new Standard Code field in General Ledger Maintenance, you can link your accounts to the appropriate SBR labels ready to export data to the ATO, ASIC, ABS and other government departments. For more information on SBR visit the Standard Business Reporting website.
